Plaintiff Gerald Thompson's Co mplaint (doc. 1 ), as amended (doc. 7 ), be DISMISSED with prejudice pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1915(e)(2)(B) and 1915A(b)(1), and that Thompson's remaining pending motions (docs. 5 , 6 , 10 ) be DENIED as moot. 3. The Court certif y that any appeal of any Order adopting this Report and Recommendation would not be taken in good faith and therefore deny plaintiff leave to appeal in forma pauperis.
