ORDER that plaintiff's 17 Motion to supplement the complaint is Granted in accordance with the terms of this Order. Defendants' 18 MOTION to stay the responsive pleading deadline is Granted. Defendants shall have (45) days from the date of this Order to file a responsive pleading to the complaint as supplemented. Plaintiff shall submit a copy of his original complaint and supplemental complaint, a summon form, and a United States Marshal from for each of the newly named defend ants within (14) days of the date of this Order. Upon receipt of these documents, the Court will order service of process by the United States Marshal. REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION that plaintiff's 16 MOTION for default judgment be Denied.
