ORDER ADOPTING 58 REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS: The Court has reviewed the Report and Recommendation of United States Magistrate Judge Karen L. Litkovitz filed on August 17, 2018 (Doc. 58). The Court has reviewed the comprehensive findings of the Magistrate Judge and considered de novo all of the filings in this matter. Upon consideration of the foregoing, the Court does determine that such Recommendation should be adopted. Accordingly, defendants motions for summary judgment (docs. 28 and 51) are GRANTED..
