Because the defendant has represented that defense counsel Michele L. Noble is fully prepared to address all issues at the status conference, the Motion is GRANTED. Michele L. Noble accordingly is permitted to appear for the defendant Township of Liberty, Ohio at the status conference on October 14, 2010. IT IS SO ORDERED.
