ORDER This matter is before the Court on Defendants' Motion for Extension of Time to Respond to Monitor's Second Annual Report. (Doc. 196.) On June 30, 2010, Fred Cohen, the court-appointed monitor in this case, submitted his Second Annual Report. (Doc. 187.) On July 1, 2010, this Court issued an Order giving the parties until July 14, 2010 to file responses or objections to the report. On July 12, 2010, Defendants submitted a Motion requesting that the time for responses to the Second Annual Report be extended. Plaintiffs have also submitted a Motion for Extension of Time, which has previously been granted by this Court. Defendants' Motion for an Extension of Time to Respond to Monitor's Second Annual Report is GRANTED.
