TOM STICKRATH, et al., Defendants. : : : : : : : : : : : ORDER This matter is before the Court on the appointment of a Monitor to replace Fred Cohen, who resigned on October 19, 2010. Resignation, Doc. No. 228. In accordance with Paragraph 253 of the Stipulation for Injunctive Relief governing this case, Stipulation, Doc. No. 108, the Parties each submitted nominees for a new Monitor, and the Court evaluated those candidates. Effective as of the date of this order, the Court hereby appoints Will Harrell as the Monitor in this case and vests him with the full powers and responsibilities of that role as established by the Stipulation. A permanent Monitor having been appointed, Vincent Nathan's service as Interim Monitor shall be concluded as of the date of this order. See Order, Doc. No. 231. IT IS SO ORDERED.
