On March 29, 2011, this Court ordered Monitor Harrell to submit supplemental reports
on a number of enumerated provisions of the Stipulation by June 28, 2011 (Doc. 250). Monitor
Harrell has now done so (Docs. 258, 260–62).1 The Parties shall have fourteen days from the
date of this order in which to submit any objections to the supplemental reports to the Court. The
Parties shall then have seven days in which to submit responses to any objections.
