Plaintiffs in both of the above-captioned cases recently filed a Motion to Authorize
Exchange of Information. (Case No. 2:04-cv-1206, Doc. 302 & Case No. 2:08-cv-475, Doc. 91.)
Defendants in both cases shall have until February 21, 2012 to file responses. Plaintiffs in both
cases will then have until February 28, 2012 to file replies.
