ORDER SETTING STATUS CONFERENCE
This case is set for a Status Conference on Thursday, September 26, 2013, beginning at
10:00 a.m. in the Court's Chambers, Room 319. Counsel for both parties and Defendants
themselves, including Director Harvey Reed and Assistant Director Linda Janes, are to appear
and bring their calendars.
At the Status Conference, the Court will address issues related to areas of ongoing
monitoring of Defendants’ facilities as defined by the Consent Order of January 18, 2013. If, at
a future date, the Monitor advises the Court that this Status Conference is no longer necessary,
the Court may exercise its discretion to vacate the Status Conference.
