OPINION AND ORDER remanding the Dispatch Plaintiffs' claims in their 12/22/08 Amended Complaint to the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas. The Court retains jurisdiction under the terms of the Consent Order to all outstanding matters governi ng the audit and settlement agreement between the Dispatch Plaintiffs and Defendants. The Court retains jurisdiction over the claims brought by Williamson Plaintiffs in their Amended Complaint.
