ORDER: On 7/17 and 7/18 a hearing was held on the Williamson Plaintiffs' request for injunctive relief. During the hearing, certain portions of the testimony were placed under seal. The Court has reviewed the transcript of those proceedings a nd directs the Court Reporter to redact portions of the transcript, which are outlined in this Order, in the version of the transcript that will be filed on the docket for public viewing.
