MARBLEY Magistrate Judge Abel ORDER This matter is before the Court on Plaintiff's Motion for Leave to Attend Status Conference by Telephone (Dkt. 84) and Defendant's Unopposed Motion for a Continuance of the Status Conference (Dkt. 85). Plaintiff's counsel, Michael Garth Moore, states that he will be out of the state on November 3, 2010, the date of the status conference. Mr. Moore anticipates that attorney John Marshall will be joining the representation, but he is also unavailable on that date. Defendant's counsel, Patrick J. Piccininni, states that he is scheduled to be out of the office from November 1, 2010 to November 5, 2010 and will be unavailable on November 3, 2010. Upon consideration of the requests and because both parties gave the Court prompt notice, the Motions are GRANTED.
