OPINION AND ORDER granting 73 Plaintiffs' Motion for Damages. Plaintiffs HER, Inc., Real Living, Inc., Harley E. Rouda, Jr., Harley E. Rouda, Sr., and Kaira Sturdivant-Rouda are entitled to statutory damages in the amount of $120,000, at torneys' fees in the amount of $172,356, and costs incurred for Defendants RE/MAX and David E.
