ORDER DISBURSING FUNDS This matter is before the Court on the Claims Distributor's Emergency Motion for Disbursement of Funds to the Tax Administrator. (Doc. No. 182.) In that Motion, the Claims Distributor asks the Court to direct settlement funds to the Tax Administrator, Damasco and Associates LLP, for the payment of late tax penalties and to compensate the Tax Administrator for fees and costs associated with the tax preparation in this case. For good cause shown, the motion is GRANTED. The Court ORDERS the Claims Distributor to issue a check drawn against the Settlement Fund in the amount of $662.60 payable to "Damasco & Associates, Trust Account" and that the check be sent to Damasco and Associates LLP, 700 Monte Vista Lane, Half Moon Bay, CA 94019, for the payment of late tax penalties.

The Court further ORDERS that the Claims Distributor shall issue a check drawn against the Settlement Fund in the amount of $1641.57 payable to "Damasco & Associates LLP" and that the check to sent to Damasco & Associates LLP, 700 Monte Vista Lane, Half Moon Bay, CA 94019, for fees and costs associated with the tax preparation.
