Non-parties Partnership for Ohio’s Future, Ohio Chamber of
Commerce, Ohio Chamber of Commerce Educational Foundation, Inc.,
Andrew Doehrel, and Linda Woggon have moved for an extension of
time to file a supplemental memorandum in support of their motion
to quash subpoenas.

The motion sets forth good cause for the

extension and the motion (#97) is therefore granted.
