ORDER
On May 25, 2011, the Court ordered Plaintiffs to file a brief on certain evidentiary and
legal issues by June 24, 2011 (Doc. 113). This matter is now before the Court on the Plaintiffs’
three motions for extensions of time in which to file the brief, requesting as a final due date
July 15, 2011 (Docs. 114–116). The Court in its discretion hereby GRANTS all three motions.
The Court originally allowed Defendants twenty-one days in which to file a responsive brief and
the Plaintiffs seven days in which to file a reply. In keeping with the original briefing schedule,
Defendants shall now have until August 5, 2011, in which to file the responsive brief, and
Plaintiffs shall have until August 12, 2011, in which to file a reply.
The Plaintiffs shall be on notice that the Court will not grant any further continuances in
this matter.
