Plaintiffs have moved for an extension of time to file a
supplemental memorandum in response to the motion to quash
subpoenas filed by the Ohio Chamber of Commerce and Partnership
for Ohio’s Future.

The motion sets forth good cause for the

extension and the motion (#95) is therefore granted.

The new

date to file is November 13, 2010.
