ORDER
The Court conferred with counsel for all parties, by telephone, on
May 4, 2011.
Med-Ex has completed its documents production, which will have been
reviewed by all other parties no later than May 31, 2011.
IPI’s
remaining documents will have been produced by May 6, 2011.
Walter
Levine has no documents remaining for production and David Levine will
produce documents, if any, no later than May 13, 2011.
Counsel shall promptly notify the Court if any discovery disputes
arise in connection with written discovery.
Depositions must begin in June 2011.
