The Court hereby GRANTS said Motion and the Trial in this case is reset for Monday, October 19, 2009 at 9:00 a.m. In preparation for trial the Court has set the following schedule to which the parties are to adhere. Summary: August 10, 2009 September 21, 2009 Deadline for conducting a mediation of the case. Motions in limine, pretrial motions, and joint jury instructions and supplemental jury instructions, designation of deposition portions, witness statements, stipulations, and exhibit lists. Memoranda contra pretrial motions or motions in limine, objections to supplemental jury instructions, objections to deposition designations, and final pretrial order. Final pretrial conference at 11:00 a.m. before Judge Algenon L. Marbley, submission of proposed areas of questions for voir dire and trial briefs. Voir dire, opening statements and presentation of evidence. September 28, 2009 October 9, 2009 October 19, 2009 This order supersedes all previous orders in this case to the extent previous orders are inconsistent with this order. The parties shall address questions about this order to the Court's Law Clerk, Natalie McLaughlin, at 614-719-3263, by way of a telephone conference with counsel for all parties participating, or with fewer than all counsel participating with express permission of nonparticipating counsel.
