ORDER This capital habeas corpus case is before the Court on Petitioner’s Renewed Motion to Extend the Stay of his Lethal-Injection Claims and to Extend the Time to File his Motion for Leave to Amend his habeas Petition with Amended Lethal-Injunction Claims (Doc. No. 229). Turner seeks extension of both dates to April 13, 2015. Respondent opposes the extension (Response, Doc. No. 230). Petitioner filed a Reply to the Response in Opposition on September 22, 2014 (Reply, Doc. No. 231). Turner’s current extension expires October 2, 2014.
