It is ordered that the receivership entities being One Equity Corporation; Triangle Equities Group, Inc.; Victory Management Group, Inc.; Dafcan Finance, Inc.; Marshal-Light Trading Partners, Inc.; and Resource Property Management are dissolved pursuant to this entry.
