STIPULATION OF DISMISSAL WITHOUT PREJUDICE AGAINST DEFENDANT THE WALT DISNEY COMPANY Pursuant to Federal Rule Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(A)(ii), Plaintiffs Aaron Clark and John Peirano ("Plaintiffs"), by and through their attorneys, and Defendant The Walt Disney Company ("Defendant TWDC"), by and through its attorneys, hereby stipulate to Plaintiffs' voluntary dismissal, without prejudice, of the Third Amended Complaint against Defendant TWDC. The parties agree that by entering into this stipulation, Defendant TWDC is not submitting or agreeing to personal jurisdiction of this Honorable Court. This Stipulation of Dismissal without Prejudice applies only to Defendant TWDC. All other claims asserted by Plaintiffs against the remaining Defendants shall remain pending for resolution by this Court.
