Defendants. : : : : : : : : : ORDER As the parties agree to an additional 10 day extension of the Temporary Restraining Order ("TRO") in this case and the Court finds that the extension is necessary to accommodate Comvest Inomax Holdings, LLC, the Court hereby extends the TRO for another 10 days. The TRO issued in this matter will remain in effect until March 5, 2009, at 5:00 p.m. under the same terms and conditions set forth in the Court's February 2, 2009 and February 12, 2009 Orders.
