ORDER Now before the Court is the parties' joint request for a two week continuance of the preliminary injunction hearing and related briefing schedule set in this case. (Doc. no. 21.) For good cause shown the parties' request is GRANTED. The preliminary injunction hearing and briefing schedule in this case is, therefore, re-scheduled as set forth below. The preliminary injunction hearing shall be held on Monday, June 1, 2009 at 9:00 a.m. The briefing schedule for that hearing, to include only opening and reply briefs, will be as follows: Monday, May 18, 2009, at 4:00 p.m.: opening briefs from both parties not to exceed 15 pages in length are due. Tuesday, May 26, 2009, at 4:00 p.m.: reply briefs, not to exceed 5 pages in length are due. IT IS SO ORDERED.
