There has nevertheless been no objection to the Report and Recommendation. The Report and Recommendation is hereby ADOPTED and AFFIRMED. The decision of the Commissioner is REVERSED and the matter is REMANDED for further consideration of the opinion of plaintiff's treating psychiatrist.
