MAGISTRATE JUDGE’S SUPPLEMENTAL OPINION
This capital habeas corpus case is before sua sponte upon the filing of Petitioner’s Reply
to the Warden’s Memorandum in Response to Objections to the Magistrate Judge’s
Supplemental Opinion of June 19, 2014 (Doc. No. 76).
Fed. R. Civ. P. 72(a) permits a party to file objections within fourteen of a magistrate

Accordingly, the Reply is STRICKEN.
