ORDER

My June 8 Order regarding Eva C. Gildee’s June 5, 2012 notice of substitution of
counsel (doc. 117) required her to comply with S.D. Ohio Civ. Rule 83.4(c). I am now
advised that during a June 8 conference, Judge Sargus was informed that American
Bonding Company has retained Ms. Gildee and previous counsel, Mr. Alberti, did not
oppose her entry of appearance as trial attorney. Consequently, my June 8, 2012 Order
(doc. 119) is VACATED.
