OPINION AND ORDER overruling Plaintiff's objection to the Report and Recommendation 31 . The Magistrate Judge's Report and Recommendation 23 is adopted and affirmed. The motion filed by Defendants Blackwell, Timmerman Cooper, Gillam, K elly, Mason, Parrish, Richard and Wingard to dismiss 17 is granted, and the claims against those defendants are dismissed without prejudice to the filing of an amended complaint, within 28 days, which amends Mr. Brown's claim of denial of access to the Courts.
