STIPULATED EXTENSION OF TIME TO MOVE OR PLEAD Pursuant to S.D. Ohio Local Rule 6.1(a), now come the parties and hereby stipulate that Defendant Maple Street Press, LLC ("Defendant"), shall have an additional twenty-one (21) days to move or plead in response to the Complaint of Plaintiffs. Defendant's response to Plaintiff's Complaint shall be due on or before November 22, 2010. No prior extensions have been granted and no party will be prejudiced by this extension.
