ORDER
This matter is before the Magistrate Jude on the April 15, 2013 application of
Lindsay M. Bouffard to appear pro hac vice as co-counsel for defendant Kaiser Aluminum
Fabricated Products, LLC (doc. 53). Rule 83.3(b) of the Southern District of Ohio Civil
Rules states that "[a]ny member in good standing of the bar of the Supreme Court of Ohio
is eligible for admission as a permanent member of the bar of this Court." Because Ms.
Bouffard is eligible for permanent admission to the bar of this Court, she is DIRECTED
seek permanent admission as promptly as practicable. See S.D. Ohio Civ. Rule 83.3(e).
The motion is GRANTED on the condition that, within 15 days of the date of this Order,
counsel register for electronic filing. S.D. Ohio Civ. Rule 83.5(b). Counsel should
