No later than August 12, 2013,

plaintiffs will file a revised proposed Second Amended Complaint, by
which

plaintiffs

seek

to

name

additional

class

representatives.

Defendants may have until September 9, 2013, to respond to the motion.
Plaintiffs may reply within rule.
Should the motion for leave to file a second amended complaint be
granted, the Court will schedule a conference with counsel to address
any need to revise the current pretrial schedule.
No later than August 31, 2013, the parties shall file a report
confirming the scheduling of a private mediation to occur no later
than mid-December 2013.
