ORDER OVERRULING OBJECTIONS. This case is before the Court on Plaintiffs' Notice of Mootness of Plaintiffs' Objections 1156 , 1160 to Magistrate Judge's Order 1154 and Magistrate Judge's Modifications to Order Regarding Test ing of Phillips's Execution Materials 1159 , 1191 . Plaintiffs now notify the Court because the parties have shipped their materials to their preferred laboratories 1166 , 1183 , and because the testing is likely to be destructive 1174 , Plaintiff's objections concerning those materials are now moot.
