ORDER re 09/25/12 telephone conference concerning 18 Plaintiff's Motion for a Preliminary Injunction. The parties agreed that Defendants' Motion to Dismiss 24 should be decided before addressing the injunctive relief motion. Plaintiff will stand on its position in its injunctive relief motion and Defendants shall be permitted 7 days from the date of this Order to file a reply memorandum.
