ORDER
The Court conferred with counsel for the parties on July 18, 2013.
Plaintiff will produce the damages calculation relating to the three (3) notes by August
19, 2013.
The parties agree that the current dates governing class-related expert discovery should
be revised.
The Court will conduct another status conference on September 17, 2013, at 2:00 p.m. At
that conference, the parties will propose a sampling discovery procedure, as well as a firm
pretrial schedule.
