Defendant. ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) ) CASE NO.: 2:13-CV-00015 JUDGE MARBLEY Magistrate Judge Abel SCHEDULING ORDER On January 16, 2014, counsel for the parties participated in a telephone conference with the Magistrate Judge and requested forty-five (45) days, through and including March 3, 2014, to take the depositions of Jessica Bender, Jim Cavender, Michael Leonard, Julie Tucker and Tim Mackan outside of the discovery period. On the call, the parties requested a stay of the casedispositive motion deadline and agreed to call the Court on March 17, 2014 to report their status. Accordingly, the case-dispositive motion deadline is hereby STAYED. The Court GRANTS the parties’ request to stay the case-dispositive motion deadline and GRANTS the parties’ request for a forty-five day period to conduct the depositions of the above-referenced individuals outside of the discovery period.
