ORDER

This matter is before the Magistrate Judge on plaintiff James J. Prince’s March 12,
2014 motion for additional discovery pursuant to Rule 56(d) of the Federal Rules of
Civil Procedure. On April 10, 2014, plaintiff’s February 13, 2014 motion to compel was
granted, and defendants were ordered to permit plaintiff to inspect his medical records
and review and supplement, if necessary, their responses to plaintiff’s requests. On
April 24, 2014, defendants filed a notice indicating that they complied with the April 10,
2014 Order. If plaintiff has any further response or evidence he wishes to submit in
response to defendants’ February 28, 2014 motion for summary judgment, he is
DIRECTED to file such response within twenty-one (21) days of the date of this Order.
