ORDER
My June 30 and July 9 orders required counsel to consult and email me their
deposition schedule for August and September on or before July 28. On July 28, defendant
Great Northern Insurance Company's counsel emailed me and plaintiff’s counsel his
client's proposal for depositions to be take in August and September. Plaintiff’s counsel has
not responded. Plaintiff’s counsel is DIRECTED to respond, then counsel should jointly
provide me with their schedule for those depositions on or before August 22, 2014.
