ORDER
This matter is before the Magistrate Judge on the March 26, 2014 notice of
substitution of counsel (doc. 55), which I will treat as a motion to withdraw under S.D.
Oh. Rule 83.4(c)(2).1
Mr. Hammond’s motion to withdraw is GRANTED. Ms. Zell will represent
herself. Unrepresented parties must follow the Rules of Civil Procedure and the
Southern District of Ohio Civil Rules; and they are held to the same standards as
represented parties.

Ms. Zell cannot be substituted as trial attorney because she does not meet the
requirements of a trial attorney under S.D. Ohio Civ. Rule 83.4(a) because she is not a
permanent member of the bar of this Court.
