Order Cancelling Settlement Week Mediation
Plaintiff’s June 6, 2006 motion requesting that the Settlement Week mediation
noticed for June 13, 2014 at be cancelled (doc. 28) is GRANTED. New counsel is representing plaintiff. He needs additional time to complete written discovery and prepare for the
mediation. The June 2014 Settlement Week mediation is CANCELLED.
Counsel are DIRECTED to call me (614-719-3370) on or before July 24, 2014 to set up
a telephone conference to let me know the status of discovery, the parties' settlement discussions, and whether their clients want to participate in the September 2014 Settlement
Week.
The Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to serve a copy of this Order on counsel and the
Settlement Week Mediator Jack Decker, 1077 Neil Avenue, Columbus, OH 43201.
