Status Conference Order
On July 21, 2014, counsel for the parties participated in a telephone status conference with me.
The parties have been engaged in settlement discussions. Counsel believe that with
the assistance of the court their clients may be able to reach a settlement agreement. I gave
counsel dates for a mediation with me. They will get back to me to schedule the mediation.
The August 1, 2013 Scheduling Order is VACATED. If this case is not resolved by
mediation, a new scheduling order will be entered following the mediation.
