Case No. 2:13-cv-698
Plaintiff,
v.
Judge Graham
State of New York, Supreme Court, et al.,
Magistrate Judge Abel
Defendants.
OPINION AND ORDER
On July 18, 2013, the Court ordered plaintiff Sur Novel to show cause why this case is not
subject to dismissal on sovereign immunity grounds. Doc. 5. Plaintiff, who resides in Thailand, has
expressed concern that he will not meet the deadline established in the Court’s order because of the
time it takes for mail to reach the Court from Thailand. The Court grants plaintiff an additional ten
days beyond the previously established deadline to respond to the show cause order.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
