OPINION AND ORDER granting in part 54 Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment. Defendants are entitled to judgment as a matter of law as to Plaintiff's FMLA claim. Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment is granted as to Count III. The Court declines to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over Plaintiff's remaining state law claims and REMANDS them to Belmont County Court of Common Pleas for final resolution.
