ORDER
The Parties are hereby advised that this matter is set for a Telephonic Status Conference
on Friday, March 7, at 2:00 p.m. The Court will initiate the phone conference. Trial Counsel
for the respective parties are to be available by telephone and have their calendars ready.
During the Telephonic Status Conference, the Court will address scheduling matters,
along with any issues necessary for a speedy and just resolution of the pending action. The
conference is not expected to exceed thirty minutes in length.
