ORDER
This Matter is before the Court for consideration of Plaintiff’s Second Supplemental
Objection to the Report and Recommendation. (ECF No. 12.) This filing is inappropriate and
not permitted by the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure or this Court's Local Rules, as are the
numerous other filings Plaintiff has submitted. The Court currently has Plaintiff's Objections
and first Supplemental Objections to the Report and Recommendation under advisement. The
Court therefore STRIKES Plaintiff's Second Supplemental Objections from the record. Plaintiff
is DIRECTED to cease filing motions and Objections until the Court has reached a decision on
whether to adopt the Report and Recommendation or to sustain his Objections.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
