The Report and Recommendation, ECF 15, is ADOPTED AND AFFIRMED.
This action is hereby DISMISSED for failure to prosecute.
The Clerk is DIRECTED to enter FINAL JUDGMENT and to remove ECF
12 from the Court’s pending motions list.
