Mr. Jama and Mr. Hassan failed to respond to the show cause order. This matter is now before the court on the March 17, 2017, report and recommendation of the magistrate judge, recommending that the claims of Abdi Jama and Omar Hassan be dismissed for failure to comply with the show cause order and for failure to prosecute. The parties were advised that “failure to object to the Report and Recommendation will result in a waiver of the right to have the District Judge review the Report and Recommendation de novo, and also operates as a waiver of the right to appeal the decision of the District Court adopting the Report and Recommendation.” Doc. 53, p. 2. The deadline for filing objections has passed, and no objections have been filed. The court hereby adopts the report and recommendation (Doc. 53).
