ORDER adopting and affirming 18 the Magistrate Judge's 12/29/16 Report and Recommendation that this case be remanded to the Commissioner under sentence four of § 405(g). Accordingly, the Commissioner's non-disability finding is reversed and this action is remanded to the Commissioner and the ALJ for further proceedings. Signed by Chief Judge Edmund A.
