ORDER FOR REPORT ON SCHEDULING MATTERS This capital habeas corpus case under 28 U.S.C. § 2254 is before the Court sua sponte for a status review. The Magistrate Judge filed an Order for Answer on November 28, 2016, which set deadlines for an answer and reply (ECF No. 12). With a number of agreed extensions of time, Petitioner filed his Reply on December 18, 2017 (ECF No. 29). Shortly before that, Petitioner moved to amend to add a claim under Hurst v. Florida, __ U.S. __, 136 S.Ct. 616, 624 (2016)(ECF No. 25). The Magistrate Judge’s Decision denying that Motion was affirmed by District Judge Dlott on January 26, 2018 (ECF No. 34). Nothing has been filed in the case since that date.
