ORDER adopting 7 the Magistrate Judge's 09/01/15 Report and Recommendation. Plaintiff's Motion for Default Judgment 6 is granted. The Clerk is directed to enter judgment against Defendant Miami Valley Masonry, Inc. in favor of the Pla intiffs Boards of Trustees of the Ohio Laborer's Fringe Benefit Programs. Plaintiffs are entitled to judgment in the amount of $17,933.72 in unpaid fringe benefit contributions, liquidated damages, and prejudgment interest for the period of 08/15 through 06/16.
