OPINION AND ORDER adopting and affirming 40 the Magistrate Judge's Report and Recommendation and overruling 41 Plaintiff Clifton A. Jackson's Objection to the Report and Recommendation. Defendants' various dispositive motions 3 , 8 , 20 , 21 , 23 , 27 , 30 , 33 are granted. Plaintiff Jackson's motions for leave to amend and supplement the Complaint and obtain class action status 24 and freeze all Defendants' assets 26 are denied.
